Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

Welcome to MITR.AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, APIs, and client-facing widgets. By registering an account or deploying our conversational widgets, you agree to comply fully with these provisions.

1. Services Rendered

MITR.AI provides an omnichannel Adaptive Proactive Conversational AI Platform (APCE) and associated integration APIs (including Meta WABA, Razorpay hooks, and ERP adapters). The service is supplied on a subscription quota basis, subject to credit limitations and administrative usage caps.

2. Merchant Obligations and Acceptable Use

Businesses integrating MITR.AI's automated channels are strictly obligated to:

  • Obtain explicit consent from end customers (e.g., parents, clinic patients, buyers) before initiating outbound notifications, templates, or reminder streams.
  • Comply fully with Meta’s Business and Developer Policies when utilizing the WABA network.
  • Never exploit voice PCM16 streaming sockets or try-on diffusional GPU instances for denial-of-service attempts or unauthorized bandwidth consumption.

3. Payment, Credit Consumption, and Suspensions

Merchant credit usage (Service and Utility credits) is logged in real time. We reserve the right to issue formal payment invoices when outstanding limits hit predefined warning triggers. If account balances are depleted or unpaid invoices exceed strict deadlines, tenant services will be automatically marked as `suspended_unpaid` until successful Razorpay webhook clearance.

4. Platform Intellectual Property

All proprietary NLP models, the APCE intent gateway router, custom vector schemas, branding design assets, and source codes housed inside our platforms remain the exclusive property of MITR.AI and its parent corporate entities.

5. Limitation of Liability

MITR.AI supplies conversational pipelines on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA, we cannot be held liable for temporary messaging lag or synchronizing delays caused by physical third-party API outfalls, Meta service blackouts, or on-demand local VM offline transitions.

6. Jurisdictions & Governing Law

These Terms and any operational claims are governed under the active corporate and commercial laws of India, with legal proceedings arbitrated under Hyderabad jurisdiction. For any support or terms escalation, contact contact@mitrai.co.in.
